Hazel Trogdon

Hazel Surratt Trogdon, age 88, of Randleman died Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Trogdon was born August 25, 1928 the daughter of Daniel Harris "Clark" and Letha Smith Surratt. Hazel was a native of Stanley County and formerly employed with Kayser-Roth Hosiery in Asheboro. In addition to her parents, Hazel is preceded in death by her husband Frank Theodore Trogdon, Sr., sister, Beulah Farlow, brothers, Joel and Leonard Surratt. She is survived by her sons: Frank "Ted" Trogdon, Jr. and Clifton Trogdon both of Randleman; grandchildren: Joanna Trogdon of Greensboro, Samuel Trogdon and his wife Laranda of Asheboro, Seth Trogdon and his wife Sarah of Randleman; great grandchild: Maxton Trogdon of Randleman. The family will receive friends Friday, December 23, 2016 from 12:30-1:30 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main St., Randleman. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Rev. Ken Helser officiating.
