Hazel Irene Gunter

Hazel Irene Marsh Gunter, age 85, formerly of 141 Worthville Rd., Randleman died Thursday, April 24, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mrs. Gunter was born December 2, 1922 the daughter of Worth and Pearl Davis Marsh. Mrs. Gunter was a native of St. Pauls, NC and was retired from Commonwealth Hosiery Mill in Randleman. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62, Jesse Gunter. She is survived by two daughters: Iris G. Luck and husband Darrell, of Randleman, Linda Gunter of St. Pauls, NC and one son: Roger Craig Gunter, and wife Patricia, of Norfolk, VA. Grandchildren, Beth Luck Taylor of Asheboro, NC; Charlotte Berdeau and Wendell Jackson both of St. Pauls, NC; Darrell Jackson of Clayton, NC; Brad Gunter of West Palm Beach, FL; Brian Gunter of Norfolk, VA; 12 great grandchildren and one sister: Opal Norton of Virginia Beach, VA. A Graveside Service will be held Sunday, April 27, 2008 at 3:00 PM at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro. Memorials may be made to Randolph County Honor Guard, P.O.
