Harry Lee Tucker

Harry Lee Tucker, age 63, of 520 Cooper St., #5B, Asheboro died Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Randolph Hospital. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mr. Tucker was born in Lincoln County, TN on September 16, 1948 to Charles B. and Alice Pollock Tucker. He served his country during the Vietnam War and retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20+ years of service with the rank of Sergeant Major. Harry was self-employed as an accountant. He is survived by his daughters, Mary Tucker of Asheboro, NC, Maria McGregor and her husband Sheldon of Denver, CO; 3 grandchildren; sisters, Sallie Winsett of Fayetteville, TN, Mary Guthrie of Petersburg, TN, Lilia Beane of Asheboro, NC; brothers, Paul Tucker of Fruitland Park, FL, Robert Tucker of Roswell, NM; and special pet dog, Buddy.
