Harold L. Myers

Harold L. Myers, age 80, of Trinity died Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Clapp's Convalescent Nursing Home, Asheboro. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro. Mr. Myers was a native of Randolph County, was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, and was self-employed as a contractor for 47 years. He was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Myers. Harold loved his work, helping people, and visiting the beach. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Peggy Trotter Myers; son, Tim Myers and his wife Brenda of Asheboro, NC; granddaughters, Molly E. Myers and Dana L. Myers both of Asheboro, NC; brother, Dallas Myers and his wife Betty of Trinity, NC. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 25, 2010 from 9:30-10:30 AM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
