Hallie Foster Glasgow, age 83, of Asheboro passed away on Friday, July 31, 2015 at the Randolph Hospice House.
Mrs. Glasgow was born in Randolph County on February 6, 1932 to Tyson John and Jessie Hill Foster. She was a 1950 graduate of Asheboro High School and retired from Burlington Industries. She was a member of First Baptist Church and a member of the Colonel Andrew Balfour Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. In addition to her parents, Hallie was preceded in death by her husband James M. Glasgow and son James M. Glasgow, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Gail G. Walker and husband Richard "Dickie" Walker of Asheboro and Dale G. Morrison of Asheboro; grandchildren, Chad D. Walker, Susan M. Morrison, and Paul W. Morrison all of Asheboro; special friend, Robert S. Williams of Asheboro.
A private family service will be held.
