Gloria Willeby

Gloria Pyrtle Willeby, age 92, of Denton died Sunday, August 3, 2014 at her home. Mrs. Willeby was born July 5, 1922 in Kernersville, NC, the daughter of William Vestal and Ada Namoni Slaughter Pyrtle. She is survived by her husband: Henry R. "Hank" Willeby, daughter, Judy Treadway–Stiffler and husband Paul of Parkton, MD; grandchildren; Carol Dodson of Brandon, FL; Tammy Witkowski and husband Gary of Parkton, MD; Shawn Sanders and husband David of Parkton, MD and Jerald Kling and wife Lorie of Hampsted, MD; 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; several nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Faith Alliance Church, 2437 Old Farmer Road in Asheboro with Rev. Bobby Marsh officiating.
