George William Reis

George William Reis, age 67, of Sophia died Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at his home. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 9, 2011 at 4:00pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Father Phillip Kollithanath officiating. Mr. Reis was a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, was a building contractor and was of the Catholic faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fredrick and Geraldine Reis and his sister, Mary Reis. He is survived by daughters, Robin Bailey of Florida, Venice Littleton and her husband Bryan of Hawaii, Lena Troxtell and her husband Christopher of Pleasant Garden; sons, George Reis and his wife Michelle of Sophia, William Reis and his wife Melissa Reis of Randleman; grandchildren, Abby Bailey, Heather Bailey, Samantha Droegemeier, Kayleigh Littleton, Caden Littleton, Madison McPherson, Lacie McPherson, Megan Slack, D. J. Woody, Casey Cox, Haley Cox, Alyssa Reis, great grandchild, Cameron Bailey; sister, Virginia (Ginny) Reis; brothers, Richard Reis and Bud Reis.
