Fred M. Lineberry

Fred M. Lineberry, age 84, of Randleman, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Randolph Hospital. A lifelong resident of Randleman, he was the son of the late Thomas Carl and Etta Allred Lineberry. A veteran of WWII, he served in the 69th Infantry Division in Europe. He worked for many years at Pinehurst Textiles in Asheboro, retiring there as plant manager in 1988. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Hal J. Lineberry, sisters, Doris Lineberry Lamb and Annie Lineberry, all of Randleman, and a granddaughter, Sarah Lineberry Bowman, of Avon, Indiana. He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Ann Parris Lineberry; son, Roger Lineberry and his wife Mary Ann of Greer, SC, Tommy Lineberry and his wife Denise of Pleasant Garden; granddaughters, Susan Lineberry and Tori Lineberry; sister, Jean Lineberry of Randleman The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 19, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A graveside service will be held at Randolph Memorial Park at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 20, 2010. The family would like to give special thanks to their neighbors, the J.
