Frank Auman Teel, age 76, of Asheboro passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018 at his home.
Mr. Teel was born in Randolph County on May 5, 1942 to Leonard and Mabel Auman Teel. Auman was a farmer and businessman and served as director of the Randolph County Livestock Association, in years past. He was a volunteer fireman and a founding member of the Ulah Fire Department. He enjoyed hunting and fishing at Carolina Beach.
He is survived by his daughter, Della T. Gardner and husband Clyde of Asheboro; son, Harold Teel and wife Donna of Asheboro; grandchildren, Maggie, Molly, and Wyatt Teel all of Asheboro and Cole Dehart of Charlotte.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 2:30 at Oaklawn Cemetery, 737 Albemarle Road in Asheboro with Rev. Ed Carter officiating.
