Frank Owen Pugh, age 81, of Franklinville died Friday, April 1, 2016 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.
Mr. Pugh was born March 10, 1935 the son of Jake C. Pugh and Ruth Johnson Pugh.
Mr. Pugh was a native of Randolph County and a veteran of the US Army. Frank retired from Pike Electric Company and was of Methodist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents: Jake and Ruth Pugh and one brother: Tony Pugh.
He is survived by one son: Frankie L. Pugh of Franklinville; two grandsons: Dillon (Amanda) Pugh of Elkin and Daniel Pugh of Seagrove; step son: Wayne Corder of Rockingham; two great grandchildren: Joseph Pugh and Joshua Pugh both of Elkin; one sister: Audrey P. (Ralph) Wood of Randleman; three brothers: Billy Ray (Mavis) Pugh and Colon (Linda) Pugh all of Randleman, and Norman (Frances) Pugh of Franklinville.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, with Pastor Pat Dixon officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
