Frank Anderson Honeycutt, age 81, of Franklinville died Friday, December 5, 2014 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation in Asheboro.
Mr. Honeycutt was born June 1, 1933 in High Point, NC, the son of Frank and Sarah Glasbrook Honeycutt. Frank was a native of High Point and had worked many years with Ramtex, both as a warehouse clerk and as a security guard. He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War and was a member of Central Falls Baptist Church where he taught Sunday school and was a lay minister. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Faye Lillian Haney Honeycutt.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Spencer Honeycutt; Son and his wife, Darrell And Jackie Honeycutt of Franklinville; Daughter and her husband, Patty and Terry Jordan of Ramseur; Stepson and his wife, Charles Randall and Sharon Spencer of Asheboro; Grandson and his wife, Andrew and Heidi Marley of Seagrove; Granddaughter, Alyssa Jordan of Ramseur; Grandson and his wife, Jody And Sara Garner of Siler City; Step grandson and his wife, Willie and Amy Spencer of Asheboro; Step grandson and his wife, Michael And Amanda Spencer of Seagrove; Step great grandchildren, Alexis, Cody, Samantha, and Austin Spencer; mother-in-law, Bertha Miller of Asheboro; and Brother, Donald Honeycutt of Chowhatta, TX.
The family will receive friends on Monday, December 8, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 S. Main St., Randleman, NC. The funeral will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Central Falls Baptist Church, 1332 Old Liberty Rd., Asheboro with Rev. Gerald Hussey and Rev. Tim Poindexter officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro.
