Frances L. Williams

Frances L. Williams, age 80, of 243 Bondurant Rd., Asheboro died Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Clapps Convalescent Nursing Home, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Avery Smith and Rev. Lee Green officiating. Burial will follow in the High Pine Wesleyan Church Cemetery, Asheboro. Mrs. Williams was a native of Rowan County, was retired from Rampon Hosiery, and was a member of Shadow of the Cross Baptist Church. Frances loved animals, church, children, and flowers. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Herbert Williams and sister, Virginia Hathaway of Salisbury, NC. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 15, 2008 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
