Frances Evelyn Smith

Frances Evelyn Jordan Smith, age 63, of 115 Church St., Randleman died Friday, May 11, 2012 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mrs. Smith was born February 10, 1949 the daughter of Rosevelt and Jewel Jordan. Frances was a native of Randolph County and a member of First Baptist Church of Randleman. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Karl Eugene Smith. She is survived by her husband: Charlie Smith of the home; sisters: Joy Morton of Troy, and Margaret Inman of Asheboro; brothers: Sam Jordan of Asheboro and Wayne Strider of Randleman. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 12, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral will be held Sunday, May, 13, 2012 at 3:00 pm at First Baptist Church, 100 North Main Street, Randleman with Pastor Chris Heppding and Rev. Kenneth Reeves officiating.
