Frances Brower Paschal

Frances Brower Paschal, 92, of Asheboro, passed away at home on Friday, February 8, 2013. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, R. F. Paschal, Jr. of Asheboro; her son, Richard and wife Helen, of Carrboro; her son David, of Asheboro; and her daughter Denise, of Chapel Hill. Frances Paschal, a devoted wife and mother, was a native of Randolph County. She graduated from Siler City High School and attended Louisburg College. For many years she was a volunteer at Asheboro Public Library and at the American Red Cross Bloodmobile. She was an avid and knowledgeable gardener who earned the designation of Master Gardener from the North Carolina Co-operative Extension Service. She also loved music and loved playing the piano. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at 3:00 pm at Oaklawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 to 2:30 pm, Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Pugh Funeral Home.
