Frances Claire Mills

Frances Claire Clark Mills, age 69, of Asheboro passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Randolph Hospital. Mrs. Mills was born in Henderson, KY on March 3, 1947 to Joseph and Golda Porter Clark. Frances was a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she received her nursing degree. She was retired as a Registered Nurse after 45 years of service. She was a member of St. Barnabus Lutheran Church in Charleston, SC. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death her daughter, Jennalee Young Mills and son, Terry Joseph "T.J." Mills. She is survived by her husband, Larry Mills; daughter, Elisabeth Anne Arrowood and husband Samuel of Asheville; grandchildren, Chrystal Arrowood, Sydney Arrowood, Taylor Arrowood, Camden Y. Mills; and great grandchildren Braelyn Arrowood and William Holcombe.
