Frances Haywood Faulkner

Frances Haywood Faulkner, age 97, of 230 E. Presnell St., Asheboro died Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 21, 2009 at 2:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Adrian Pugh officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. Mrs. Faulkner was a native of Scotland County and a homemaker. She was a member of Fayetteville Street Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Lucille Morton of Asheboro, Elizabeth Faulkner of Randleman, Virginia Thornton of Asheboro; sons, Everette Faulkner and his wife Jane of Franklinville, Roger Faulkner and his wife Betty of Asheboro, Richard Faulkner and his wife Carol of Asheboro, Ronnie Faulkner and his wife Ruth Ann of Randleman, David Faulkner and his wife Linda of Asheboro; 29 grandchildren; 60 great grandchildren and 31 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 20, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
