Frances Marie Combs

Frances Marie Combs, age 78, of 212 Westwood Drive, Seagrove died Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mrs. Combs was born August 25, 1929 the daughter of George and Lena (Monroe) Rush. Mrs. Combs of Seagrove was retired from Asheboro City Schools and a life-long member of First Presbyterian Church of Asheboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Charles and Edward Rush and sister, Irene R. Combs. She is survived by her husband: Rex Combs; one daughter: Amy Combs of Seagrove, NC and one son: George Combs of Seagrove, NC; sister and her husband, Isabelle and Robert Barnes of Asheboro, NC; sister-in-law, Marjorie Rush of Asheboro, NC; brother-in-law, James M. Combs of Seagrove, NC and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday, January 7, 2008 from 9:30am-10:30am at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The Graveside Service will follow at 11:00am in Randolph Memorial Park with Rev. W. Russell Ward Jr. officiating. Memorials may be made to Hospice Of Randolph, P.O.
