Frances Marshburn Bell

Frances Marshburn Bell, age 82, of Asheboro died Friday, December 18, 2015 at Randolph Hospice House. Mrs. Bell was born December 18, 1933 in Richland to James and Beulah Marshburn. She was retired from Walker Shoe Company after 35 years of service. Mrs. Bell had a love of life and her family. She enjoyed family gatherings especially the holidays, cooking and traveling. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Bell, daughter, Kathy Hicks, son, Dean Bell, two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Joan B Pittman of Asheboro, Sherry B. Brady and husband Tony of Sophia, Gloria Pace and husband Larry of Charlotte; sons, Jerry P. Bell and wife Judy of Mt. Airy, Clarence Ray Bell and wife Cathy of Archdale; 15 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother, Winfred E. Marshburn and wife Janice of Kileen, TX. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 21, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
