Forrest John Hardwick

Forrest John Hardwick, age 48, of Asheboro died Monday, June 29, 2015 at his home. Mr. Hardwick was born July 2, 1966 in Greenville, SC to Gene and Susie Hardwick. He was employed with the City of Asheboro and was a member of Masonic Lodge #699. He is survived by his wife, Roxana J. Hardwick; son, Jordan C. Hardwick of the home; brothers, Chris Hardwick and wife Jeannie of WV, Bill Hardwick and wife Melanie of WV, Terry Hardwick and wife Mary of WV; 12 nephews and 12 nieces. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 2, 2015 beginning at 5:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. A memorial service will be held in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00 PM with visitation resuming following the service until 7:30 PM. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the Jordan Chandler Hardwick Scholarship Fund, c/o State Employees Credit Union, P.O. Box 2448, Asheboro, NC 27204.
