Evelyne Farlow

Clarice Evelyne Presnell Farlow, age 74, of 300 Wesley Court, Asheboro died Monday, June 28, 2010 at Duke University Medical Center, Durham. Mrs. Farlow was a native of Randolph County, a member of Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church and was former caretaker at Mt. Shepherd Retreat Camp. She is survived by her husband, Walter E. Farlow; sons, Jeffery L. Farlow of High Point, Lee Farlow of Archdale, Richard A. Farlow of Trinity; daughter, Katherine E. Johnson of Asheboro, niece, Helen Trogdon of Asheboro; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Friday, July 2, 2010 at 1:00 pm at Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church Cemetery, 4736 Mt. Gilead Church Rd., Sophia with Rev. Jim Bowen officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 1, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC.
