Evelyn Hall Weaver

Evelyn Hall Weaver, age 87, of 900 W. Dolphin St., Siler City died Sunday, November 21, 2010 at SunBridge Care & Rehabilitation for Siler City. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, 5056 N.C. Hwy 22 North, Franklinville with Rev. Doug Miller and Rev. Alanda Harris officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Ms. Weaver was a native of Davidson County and was retired from Burlington Industries after 25 years of service. Evelyn was a member of Grays Chapel United Methodist Church and was preceded in death her daughter, Elaine West. She is survived by her son, Phillip E. Moffitt and his wife Susie of Liberty, NC; grandchildren, Phillip Michael Moffitt of Thomasville, NC, Sherry Langston of Pinehurst, NC, and Darren West of Asheboro, NC; 5 great grandchildren; brother, Dwight Hall of Franklinville, NC; and son-in-law, Sidney West of Asheboro, NC. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grays Chapel United Methodist Church, 5056 N.C. Hwy 22 North, Franklinville, NC 27248.
