Eva Juanita Scott

Eva Juanita Scott, age 88, of 321 Maple Ave., Asheboro died Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro. No services are planned. Mrs. Scott was born in Guilford County, NC on March 4, 1924 to Lewis Clyde and Mary Smith Waynick, who preceded her in death. She was a long time employee of the A&P Grocery Stores in Hampton, VA and Newport News, VA. She is survived by her husband, James Allen Scott; sister, Carrie Sewell of Asheboro; nieces, Gwen Nelson and Pat Moffit; and nephews, Frank Wagner and Ronnie Sewell. The family would like to express a special thanks to the nurses on the 4th floor, room 435, at Randolph Hospital, to Linda Quick, and to Hospice of Randolph County. Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is serving the Scott family.
