Eva Maness Luck

Eva Maness Luck, age 97, of 6580 Old US Hwy 220, Seagrove died Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at her home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 29, 2010 at 11:00 am at Asbury Baptist Church with Rev. Joshua Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Luck was a native of Moore County and a homemaker who loved gardening and planting flowers. She was a member of Asbury Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Neely H. (Neal) Luck; son, Fred Colon Luck; granddaughter, Sherry Donley; brothers, Dennie Maness and Otis Maness; sister, Gladys Maness. Mrs. Luck was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother. She was a friend to all. She is survived by daughters, Dorothy Grabol of Seagrove, Aleene Davis of Marion, Louise Donley and her husband Ronald of Live Oak, FL, Ruby Fogleman and her husband Earl of Sparta; sons, C. Herman Luck and his wife Peggy of Seagrove, Raymond Luck and his wife Judy of Asheboro; brothers, Alton Maness and his wife Bernice of Asheboro, Bobby Maness and his wife Lena of Ramseur; 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday, May 28, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph, P.O.
