Eugenia Lassiter Bell, 93, of West River Dr., died Tuesday, April 6, 2010.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 2:00 PM, at First Baptist Church, Randleman with Rev. Chris Heppding and Rev. Kenneth Reaves Officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park.
Eugenia was an active member of her church and sang in the choir for many years. A retired florist, she and her husband Paul owned and operated Roadside Gardens Florist for over 25 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Alice Farlow Lassiter; husband, Paul Bell; grandson, Adam Bell; sister, Jessie Lassiter Causey; and brother, Charles "Bud" Lassiter.
Surviving are son, R. Eugene and his wife, Cynthia Williams Bell of Bahama, NC; son, Alton Bell of the home; sister, Ruby Lassiter Culver of Asheboro; and granddaughter Diana Bell-Kite and her husband, Jeff Kite of Raleigh.
The family wishes to express special thanks to friend and caregiver, Ernestine Coble.
The family will receive visitors at Pugh Funeral Home, Randleman, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 7, 2010.
