Ethel "E.J." Jeanne Doring

Ms. Ethel Jeanne "E.J" Doring, age 74, of Asheboro died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro.

Ms. Doring was born June 20, 1943 at Fort Collins, CO the daughter of the late Frederick Johann and the late Helen Armenta Hughes Siefken.

She received her LPN License in 1984 and worked as a nurse for many years and retired from Randolph Rehabilitation of Asheboro.

She is survived by two daughters: Michelle White (Mark) of Asheboro, NC and Kathleen Doring of Liberty, NC and two sons: Michael and Mark Doring of Nebraska, 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and one sister: Linda Beasley of Nebraska and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 12:30-1:30PM at St. John's Lutheran Church, 505 S. Park St., Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be follow at 1:30 PM in the church sanctuary Dr. Doug Hefner officiating.

The family request memorial contributions be made to Zoe Faircloth for the Randolph County Community Choir, P.O. Box 2476, Asheboro, NC 27204.
