Essie Sheila Hyman Burgess, age 66, of 230 E. Presnell St., Asheboro died Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation, Asheboro. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Ms. Burgess was born in Bronx, NY and lived in Miami, FL for most of her life, where she worked in the answering service industry. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Melanie Burgess of Asheboro, NC; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Sandy Burgess of Pensacola, FL; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Louis Visco of Delaware, OH; grandchildren, Brooke and Brett Burgess of Asheboro, NC; sister and brother-in-law, Fran and Bruce Morgan of Miami Beach, FL; nephews, Ken and Doug Morgan of Richmond, VA and Scott Morgan of New Jersey.
