Endra Holt Quate, age 72, of Randleman died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at home.
Mrs. Quate was born April 24, 1942 the daughter of Charlie Reid and Virginia Beatrice McBride Holt.
Mrs. Quate was a native of Guilford County and formerly employed with Laughlin Hosiery and HBD Manufacturing as a sewer. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Greensboro. In addition to her parents, Endra was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Thomas Quate, granddaughter, Natalie Paige Swaney and son in law, C. Randy Branson, siblings: Billy, Charlie, Jr., Margaret, Dorothy and Shirley.
She is survived by her children: Terry (Connie) Prytle of Randleman, Tommy (Rene) Quate of Climax, Temple (Wayne) Shaw, Tammy (Bobby) Branson and Tracy (Mike) Parker all of Randleman, 15 grandchildren: Adam (Amber) Cox, Jennifer Cox, Crystal Shaw, Megan (Jeremy) Faulkner, Kendra Branson, Abby (Steven) Walker, Zachary Cannon, Justin Parker, Josh Parker, Jacob Parker, Brandon and Amanda Pyrtle, Tyler Quate, T.J. (Alicia) Quate and Kim Quate; 16 great grandchildren: Joshua, Mason, Emma, Sophie, Nathan, Nolan, Colton, Alexis, Wesley, Mallorie, Adele, Issac, Liam, Kailey, Trey and Salem; sisters: Rebecca (Jimmy) Campbell and Brenda (Ronnie) Foust all of Randleman, Barbara Lawson and brother: Keith (Ann) Holt of Colfax, special friend: “Jesse” Mowers, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 9:30 - 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service at 11:00 AM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC with Rev. Ronnie Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
