Elsie Muse Brower

Elsie Muse Brower, age 86, of Asheboro died Monday, April 6, 2015 at the Randolph Hospice House. Mrs. Brower was born in Cameron, NC on July 4, 1928 to John and Edna Rotzine Muse. She was retired from Central Telephone Company and was a member of Flag Springs United Methodist Church. Elsie was a loving mother and nana and enjoyed working in her yard. In addition to her parents, Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Elzie Gilbert Brower. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa Willett and husband David of Asheboro, Tammi Kidd and husband Richard of Asheboro; son, Andy Brower of Richfield; grandchildren, Scotty Kidd and wife Leslie, Allyson Kidd, Rebecca Willett, Matthew Willett, Stephen Brower, Christopher Brower and wife Alicia; and 6 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro and other times at her home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Kidd officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery.
