Eleanor Ruth Dangel

Eleanor Ruth Fiscus Dangel, age 85, of Asheboro died Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mrs. Dangel was born on August 19, 1927 in Wadsworth, Ohio to Homer and Helen Buffington Fiscus. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ohio and Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Greensboro. She is survived by her husband, Bill Dangel; daughter, Jean Szabo of Columbus, OH; sons, Matt Dangel of Columbus, OH, Drew Dangel of Columbus, OH; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Kate Dangel and Amy and Rachel Szabo; sister, Francis Kramer of Pittsburgh, PA. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 4:00 PM at the Ebenezer Luthern Church, 310 S. Tremont Drive, Greensboro, NC and also on Friday, April 12, 2013, at 3:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church, 146 High Street, Wadsworth, OH. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
