Edna Lisenby McCloskey Hall, age 61, of 410 Arrow Trail, Biscoe died Saturday, January 29, 2011 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.
Mrs. Hall was born August 2, 1949 the daughter of James and Ila Hardister Lisenby.
Edna was a native of Albemarle, NC but lived the majority of her life in the Troy area. She had worked at Candor Hosiery. She enjoyed going to flea markets and adding to her collectibles. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers: Richard Glover and Grady Junior Glover.
She is survived by her husband: Bobby Hall; daughter and her husband: Sylvia and Ed Morrell of Seven Lakes, NC; son and his wife: Mark and Lawana McCloskey of Asheboro, NC; son and his wife: Keith and Gayle McCloskey of Reidsville, NC; son and his wife: Michael and Alison McCloskey of Aberdeen, NC; granddaughter: Lindsey Morrell; granddaughter and her husband, Jenna and Alec Lefebvre; grandsons: Brian McCloskey, Hunter Morrell, Ryland McCloskey; great granddaughter, Londyn Joi Lefebvre; sister: Mildred Smith of Mt Gilead, NC; twin brother James Edward Lisenby of Star; brother: Robert Lisenby of Ether; sister: Nellie Bowers of Candor, NC; sister: Linda Varney of Mt. Holly, NC; sister Brenda Freeman of Star, NC; sister: Elaine Shelton of Candor, NC; brother: Wayne Lisenby of Troy; and sister: Darlene Garner of Albemarle, NC
The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 2, 2011 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh-Troy Funeral Home, 211 North Main Street, Troy, NC and other times at her home. The funeral will be Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Lomax Memorial Baptist Church, Correll Road, Troy with Rev. Chip Bryant and Dr. Bruce Dickerson officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
