Eddie Thomas Mills

Eddie Thomas Mills, age 75, of Asheboro died Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro.

Mr. Mills worked for Energizer for 36 years as a material handler. He loved his family and all of his mall friends and never met a stranger. Eddie attended church at Faith Alliance Church. He is preceded in death by both of his parents; sisters, Joyce Howard and Edna Earl Riggleman.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years; Janice Frye Mills; daughter, Tammy White and husband Doug of Asheboro; sons, Ben Mills of Asheboro, Adam Mills and wife Mandy of Richmond, VA; grandchildren, Hayley, Hannah, Ashton, Luke, and Hazel Grace; great grandchild, Braxton; brothers, Kenneth Mills and wife Greta of Wallace, and Eddie "Junior" Mills of Wilmington.

The funeral service will be Wednesday October 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Back Creek Friends Meeting, 139 Back Creek Church Rd., Asheboro with Pastor Jon Reece and Pastor Bob Marsh officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the burial in the fellowship hall.
