Earman Ford Fogleman

Earman Ford "O'Boy" Fogleman, age 84, of 230 E. Presnell St., Asheboro died Friday, August 13, 2010 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Fogleman was a native of Randolph County, served twice in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of WWII. He was a retired builder with Bill Boyd Construction and Wilson Builders. O'Boy was preceded in death by his wife, Madeline A. Fogleman, brother, Jack L. Fogleman, and sisters, Pat Lamb, Sarah (Sis) Carter, Dorothy Jenkins, and Myra Jean B. Atkins. He is survived by his daughter, Candance F. Chernugel of Kalamazoo, MI; son, Clinton Fogleman of Asheboro, NC; 3 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brothers, J. W. Fogleman of Greensboro, NC, David (Bud) Fogleman of Randleman, NC, Doc Fogleman of Stone Mountain, GA, Robert Dale Fogleman of Sophia, NC; sisters, Dee Ann Julian of Franklinville, NC, Nancy F. Morgan of Seagrove, NC, and Judy F. Walker of Randleman, NC. The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 15, 2010 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC and other times at the home of his sister, Dee Ann Julian, 3469 Bethany Church Rd., Franklinville, NC. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Wayne Fogleman officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.
