Earl "Dickie" Francis Sibbett

Earl "Dickie" Sibbett, Jr., age 65, of Randleman died Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston- Salem. Mr. Sibbett was born July 18, 1948 the son of Earl Francis and Mildred Juanita Robinson Sibbett. Mr. Sibbett was a native of Robeson County and a member of Sunset Avenue Church of God in Asheboro. He attended Kings Business College and was employed with JP Thomas & Company. Dickie was an avid fisherman, had a great sense of humor and loved watching old western movies. He was a very loving, caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He is survived by his wife: Jo Palmer Sibbett, son: Brian (Ashley) Sibbett, III of New Salem, three daughters: Tara Sibbett, Taylor (Jimmy) Nance and Jordan Sibbett all of Randleman; four grandchildren: Connor Sibbett, Makenna Sibbett and Logan Jones all of Randleman, and Ashton Jones of Eden; two sisters: Sharon (Mike) Baker of Suwannee, GA and Linda Laughlin of Franklinville. The family will receive friends Monday, June 16, 2014 from 12:00-1:30 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. The funeral service will follow visitation at 2:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Mike Baker officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.
