Dwight Hilliard Hall, Sr., age 68, of 1967 Trogdon Hill Rd., Asheboro died Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, Greensboro.Mr. Hall was a native of Thomasville, NC and retired from Eveready of Asheboro. He was an avid sports fan and was a sports writer for the Courier-Tribune. He was a wonderful father and grandfather and he will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by two children Wendy and Michael Hall.He is survived by his wife: Judy Parris Hall; his mother Carlettie H. Hall son: Ikey Hall of Asheboro, NC, son and his wife, Eric and Kim Hall of Liberty, NC; son and his wife, Rodney and Karen Hall of Asheboro, NC; son and his wife, Ken and Shelly Brown of Randleman, NC; son and his wife, Pete and Pat Parsons of Germany; daughter and her husband, Cymbra and Dustin Lowe of Asheboro, NC; daughter and her husband, Priscilla and Bobby Temkey of Ramseur, NC; grandchildren, Brandon Hall, Shelly Kivett, Jon-Eric Hall, Dalton Hall, Jake Hall, Chelsea Hall, Wendy Hall, Faith Hall, Dakota Temkey, Crystal Temkey, Haley Lowe, Dane Brown; Jessilyne Brown, Zade Brown, Patrick Parsons, and Emma Parsons, and sister: Faye Hall of Asheboro, NCThe family will receive friends Friday, November 27th from 6 to 8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Saturday, November 28th at 11:00 AM at Central United Methodist Church, 300 South Main Street, Asheboro with Rev. Garry L. Reeder and Rev. Terry Bachelor officiating.Entombment will follow at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro.Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice
