Dr. Kevin Ray Craven, age 36, of Randleman passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at his home.
Never grow up and Kevin never did. Kevin was born in Greensboro, NC on January 24, 1981. He was an associate pastor at Friendship Independent Church in Ramseur and a teachers' assistant for Asheboro City Schools working with special needs children. Kevin was a fun loving guy who was a kid at heart.

He is survived by his wife, Heather Harrelson Craven; children, Hogun, Nadezhda, Anya and Anna Craven; parents, Maxton and Kathy Craven of Franklinville; sister, Kristyn Cofer and husband Jacob of Franklinville; father and mother-in-law, Douglas and Virginia Harrelson of Franklinville; mother and father-in-law, Vernon and Teresa Bowman of Asheboro; grandparents, Wayne and Joyce Long of Cedar Falls; nephew, Bryant Harrelson; brother-in-law, Aaron Harrelson of Randleman.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 12:00 noon at the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Maxton Craven officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Park.
