Douglas Eugene Wilson, age 64, of Asheboro passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the Randolph Hospice House.

Douglas Wilson, otherwise known as "Bear" to all of his loved ones, was known as an avid fan of wrestling and NASCAR. He also loved his Blue Devils. He was an NC Zoo employee and enjoyed his time there mainly for his love of animals.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Elizabeth Wilson.

He will truly be missed.

No funeral services are planned.
