Dorothy Yow

Dorothy Pritchard Yow, age 86, formerly of Brown Loop Rd, Randleman died Monday, July 6, 2009 at Carolina House Of Asheboro. Mrs. Yow was born July 23, 1922 the daughter of Albert Herbert and Diza Hughes Pritchard. Mrs. Yow was a native of Randolph County and retired from Acme McCrary. She was a member of Neighbors Grove Wesleyan Church and the Good Buddies Breakfast Club. Mrs. Yow was preceded in death by her husband: George Alan Yow and her daughter Sharon Jeanette Yow. She is survived by one daughter: Brenda Yow Nichols of Randleman, NC and two sons: L. Monore Yow of Thomasville, NC, Larry Alan Yow of Randleman, NC; 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.The family will receive friends Tuesday July 7, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC and other times at the home of her daughter: 4239 Brown Loop Road, Randleman, NC. The Graveside Service will be Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro with Rev. Ricky Yow officiating.Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph P.O.
