Dorothy Dougan Fagge, age 81, of 3359 Old Lexington Rd., Asheboro died Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro.Mrs. Fagge was born October 8, 1927 at Asheboro, NC the daughter of Joseph Ray and Alma Sheffield Dougan. Mrs. Fagge was a lifelong member of Charlotte United Methodist Church and was a Gray Lady at Randolph Hospital. She was retired from Eveready Battery and worked part-time at Randolph County Department of Social Services after her retirement. She is survived by one daughter and her husband: Judy and Don Johnson of Asheboro, NC; granddaughter and her husband, Alana and Jamie Lynthacum of Mt. Gilead, NC; great granddaughters, Haley and Madison Lynthacum of Mt. Gilead, NC; and one sister: Frances Steere of North Myrtle Beach, SCThe family will receive friends Wednesday, December 3, 2008 from 6 - 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. The funeral will be Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro with Rev. Steve Wood officiating.
