Doris Wright Hunt

Doris Wright Hunt, age 79 of Asheboro died Monday, December 12, 2011 at Randolph Hospice House. Mrs. Hunt was born in Randolph County on October 14, 1932 to Henry and Annie York Wright. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Thames, Rev. Pat Thames and Rev. Leslie Winslow officiating. Entombment will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. Mrs. Hunt was a member of Asheboro Friends Meeting and former office manager for Randolph Memorial Park and Coleman Reality of Asheboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Moran of Kernersville and brother, Grady Wright of Greenville. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, William "Clay" Hunt and her brother, Arnold Thomas Wright of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 14, 2011 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Memorials may be made to Asheboro Friends Meeting, 230 E.
