Donnie Ray Smith

Donnie Ray Smith, Jr., age 67, of 416 Worth Street, Randleman died Monday, May 16, 2011 at VA Medical Center, Durham. Mr. Smith was a native of Guilford County and a Vietnam Army Veteran. He was employed as an electrician, and was a member of First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donnie and Dorothy Smith. He is survived by his wife: Eva Rich Smith; daughter: Raynette S. Martin of Greensboro; sons: Donnie R. Smith, III of Pleasant Garden, Danny Lee Smith of Ark., and Edward Dean Smith of Tn.; 9 grandchildren; brother: Robbie Smith of Wilmington. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 19, 2011 from 6 to 8 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 20, 2011 at 11:00 am at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel, 600 South Main Street, Randleman with Rev. Kenneth L. Reaves and Rev, Chris Heppding officiating.
