Donald Edward Yank Gregg, age 73, of 2437 South Lake Dr. in Asheboro died Sunday, December 30, 2007 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro. Mr. Gregg was a native of Pennsylvania, a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of Masonic Lodge #699 in Asheboro. He was formerly employed with Ronnie Sewell Construction. He is survived by his wife: Mollie Leonheart Gregg, daughters: Debra Lynn Griffin of Walkertown and Diana Nance of Asheboro; step daughter, Linda Simera and step son, Brian Simera both of Asheboro; 4 grandchildren; sister: Shirley Rowland of LasVegas, NV and one brother, Michael Gregg of Meadeville, PA A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 1:00 pm at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Jeff Nobles officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials may be made to: Ruff Love Rescue, P.O. Box 2013, Thomasville, NC 27261.
