Donald Leroy Falk

On October 2, 2019 Donald Leroy Falk passed away after a brave fight with cancer.

He served proudly in the 82nd Airborne during WWII. He loved his country and was proud of his Army service. He was retired from Central Florida Gas Company. He loved his family and was looking forward to reuniting with his wife of 63 years, Nancy Voncannon Falk. He was also preceded in death by 3 grandchildren and sister, Leonora Jean Gross.

He leaves behind a daughter, Tonya Hogan of Franklinville; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sisters, Vivian Lorraine Roy and Sherry Kay Fisher; and brother, Rick Wallace Fillmore.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Fairview Cemetery in Liberty with Rev. Jeff Joyce officiating and with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard.

Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is serving the Falk family.
