Dolan Lee Cook

Dolan Lee Cook, age 75, of Asheboro died Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Randolph Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at 2:00 pm at The Love of God Ministries in Asheboro with Rev. Thurman Williams officiating. Mr. Cook was born in Stanly County on April 24, 1938 to Robert Vance and Zula Ann Burleson Cook. He was retired from Reddington Contractors, Inc. where he was an electrician. In addition to his parents, Dolan was preceded in death by his sister, Estelle Smith and brothers, R.V., Larry, and Horace Cook. He is survived by his wife, Mavin M. Cook; daughters, Cheryl Lynn Eudy of N. Myrtle Beach, SC, Kim Long of Oakboro; step son, Brian Eugene Isenhour of Hudson; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Annie Robertson and husband Reid of Albemarle; brothers, Doyle Cook and wife Evelyn of Albemarle, Dewell Cook of Albemarle, Darrell Cook of Asheboro, and Rev. Mitchell Dwayne Cook of Albemarle.
