Dianne Auman Moorefield

Dianne Auman Moorefield, age 64, of Asheboro died Friday, July 26, 2019, at her home. 

Mrs. Moorefield was born July 5, 1955, the daughter of L.R. Auman Jr. and Viola Morgan Auman. Dianne was a Christian with a very strong faith. She loved reading, doing crossword puzzles and watching old movies.  Above all, she enjoyed being with her family the most. Dianne was preceded in death by her parents. 

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Morgan Moorefield of Raleigh; sister, Doris (Tony) Thompson of Star; brother, Don Auman of Star; niece, Amanda (Micheal) Spencer of Star; and great nephews, Austin and Lucas Spencer of Star.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 30, 2019, from 12:30-1:45 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro.  The funeral will follow at 2:00 PM in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery, Asheboro.
