Dewey Lee Cagle

Dewey "Bee" Lee Cagle, age 69, of Asheboro died Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Randolph Hospital. Mr. Cagle was born January 11, 1944 in Montgomery County to Perry Lee and Margaret Hurley Cagle. He was formerly employed with Georgia Pacific and owned his own tree service. Mr. Cagle was a member of West Asheboro Church of God where he served as an usher and on the bus ministry for many years. One of his many loves was being outdoors, but most of all was his love for his family and serving his Lord!! He is survived by his wife, Geneva Chriscoe Cagle; daughters, Sandra Spencer and her husband Mitchell of Asheboro, Donna Wheless of Asheboro, Lynn Whatley and her husband Sean of Asheboro, Annette Stephens and her husband Michael of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren, Tyler and Caleb Whatley, Taylor and Aaron Wheless, Natalie and Annaliese Stephens, Vivian Spencer, Celeste Long; great grandchildren, Rylan Wheless and Lillian Henson; sister, Patricia Ann Gilmore and her husband Bobby of Greensboro; brother, Angelo Cagle of Asheboro. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 19, 2013 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM at West Asheboro Church of God, 197 Lewallen Rd., Asheboro. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Matt Gunter and Rev. Thurman Jenkins officiating. Burial will be at Randolph Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to West Asheboro Church of God, 197 Lewallen Rd., Asheboro, NC 27205.
