Delores Mae Bulla

Delores Mae Edwards Bulla, age 82, of Asheboro passed from our loving arms to Gods loving arms on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. Mrs. Bulla was born in Asheboro on August 11, 1933 to William Howard and Martha Hazel Edwards, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Thomas Alfred Bulla, as well as a son William Alfred "Billy" Bulla and a daughter Belinda Sue "Suzzie" Kearns. Mrs. Bulla was also preceded in death by two sisters Betty Evans and Shirley Johnson. Delores was an avid gardener and enjoyed working with her flowers. Mrs. Bulla is survived by her four children, Diana Lloyd of LaPorte, TX, Thomas Bulla of Asheboro, Marty Bulla and wife Robin of Franklinville, and Catherine Jordan and husband Ron of Sophia, as well as 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bulla is also survived by sisters, Faye Bennett (Larry), Jeannine Sheron (Don) and 4 brothers, Gilbert Edwards (Bonnie), Gary Edwards (Sherry), Joe Edwards (Mary), and Randy Edwards (Martha) all of Asheboro. Delores was loved by many and will forever remain in our hearts. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 11:00 am at Oakwood Park Baptist Church, 194 Cresent Drive, Asheboro with Rev. Danny Hosler officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro is serving the Bulla family.
