David Daniel Laughlin

David Daniel Laughlin, age 87, of Cedar Falls died Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mr. Laughlin was born August 19, 1928, the son of Alfred Redding Laughlin and Nannie Stevenson Laughlin. Mr. Laughlin was a native of Randolph County and retired from Arrow International. He was a charter member of Landmark Baptist Church and cared deeply about his church family. David was a kind gentle man and a huge Panthers Fan. In addition to his parents; David was preceded in death by his wife: Theodocia Wallace Laughlin; two daughters: Sharon Laughlin Law and Debra Christine Laughlin and 6 siblings. He is survived by two sons: David Michael Laughlin and David Russell Laughlin both of Cedar Falls; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 22, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, NC. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Landmark Baptist Church, 2816 Spoons Chapel Rd., Asheboro with Rev. Frank Barrett officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Falls United Methodist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Landmark Baptist Church, 2816 Spoons Chapel Rd., Asheboro, NC 27205.
