Heaven welcomed an extraordinary angel on February 10, 2013 David Holt Hinshaw, Jr. He was greeted by his father, David Holt Hinshaw, Sr. as well as his grandparents, uncles and other relatives and friends.
Holt was born October 17, 1942 in Randolph County and a member of New Salem United Methodist Church. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War as an M.P. Holt worked at WF Fancourt Co. as Director of Mfg. for 30 years and also at IndusCo Ltd. He loved his family without end and was a great leader and rock for them. He was a classic! He is survived by his mother, Isabelle Ward Hinshaw; son, David Holt Hinshaw, III; daughter: Misty Hinshaw and Brian Ramm and almost son Stephen Springs; grandchildren: Gray and Carly who were the apple of his eye and he just couldn't get enough of. He also loved his newest "grandchildren" Haven and Holly. Adam Kennington was "his boy". He loved him like a son and called him such. Aunt Vonn Ward; a very special friend Barbara Craven and his precious dog Kracker. We will all miss him so much.
