David Eugene Goins

David Eugene Goins, age 81, of Asheboro died Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Randolph Hospice House. Mr. Goins was born May 24, 1935 to Ervin and Lovie Goins. He was a native of Randolph County and retired from Fox Apparel. In addition to his parents, Mr. Goins was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Roberts Goins, brothers, Wade "Buddy", Curtis and Steve Goins and sister, Marie Sanders. He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Bennett and husband Mike of Asheboro; sons, Bruce Goins of Asheboro, Doug Goins of Asheboro; grandchildren, Chris Goins, Michael Bennett, Ryan Goins; great grandchild, Brittany Wain; great great grandchild, Colt Myatt; sister, Jan Bell of Asheboro; brother, Leon John Goins of Corpus Christi, TX; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 12:30-1:30PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro. A graveside service will be follow at 2:00 PM at Randolph Memorial Park, 4538 US Hwy 220 Bus. North, Asheboro with Rev. Mark Beane officiating. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph, P.O.
