David Monroe Fogleman, Sr.

David Monroe "Bud" Fogleman, Sr., age 79, of Randleman died Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Randolph Hospice House, Asheboro. Mr. Fogleman, Sr. was born January 31, 1933 the son of Dewitt and Moleta Dennis Fogleman. David was a native of Randolph County and retired from the City Of Randleman with 40 plus years of service. In addition to his parents, Bud is preceded in death by his wife Mary Reitzel Fogleman, son David "Monroe" Fogleman, Jr., daughter Lois Fogleman, brothers Jack Fogleman, Erman "O Boy" Fogleman and sisters Pat Lamb, Sarah "Sis" Carter, Myra Jean Atkins and Dorothy Jenkins. He is survived by his daughters: Susie Hutchins and Mary Ann Swaim both of Randleman; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brothers: J.W. Fogleman of Greensboro. Dock Fogleman of Stone Mountain, Ga., Robert Dale Fogleman of Sophia; sisters: Dee Ann Julian of Franklinville, Nancy Morgan of Seagrove and Judy Walker of Randleman; Several nieces and nephews; "Tiny" his beloved dog and all his friends at Randco service station; Special friends Wild Bill Caulder and Wayne "Mountain Man" Boger. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 22, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman, NC. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church Cemetery, 119 West River Drive, Randleman with Rev. Don Hurlburt officiating.
